Time required to recover after lateral internal sphincterotomy and fissurectomy

Hello everyone, I am 24yrs old male, had gone through surgery for chronic fissure and anal verge stenosis due to fibrosis on 14th of August, this month. So surgeon performed lateral internal sphincterotomy and fissurectomy and also stricture resection using anoplasty.At first week there was some pain, I was not able to sit also. After a week, pain has reduced to much extent.,no pain. It's been 2weeks now, I am not having pain and there was some itching in anus 2days ago, so I asked my doctor he told stop using ointment anobliss and just take torbulk laxative at night.I am not having pain only sometimes it pains little as there are stitches, doctor have told stitches will dissolve on their own. I just want to know after how much time I will be completely recovering. I. E. My anus will completely heal.
