You need an increase. Ask your Dr about going up by 25mg every 2 weeks until you hit 200mg and I guarantee that you will feel a million times better. Too many people pussy foot around and suffer needlessly hoping to be on low doses, but after 8 weeks on 50 and you are still having effects like that you need more.

50 and 75 were the worst for me. Each increase gets a lot easier. I've been on 200mg for 7 months now and it hasn't always been easy, but I'm a million % better than I was last year at this time.

if you felt good before at 50 mg so you need increase this time . i was on 100 mg for 2 yrs and i stopped for 2 months and now im back but i reached 150 mg bec i stayed on 100 for 11 weeks and i was still struggling im now on 150 for week 7 and i can say its working better than 100 . my advice to you is up your dose specially the med is doing something to you so discuss it with your doc and see what is the best for you .
