Timeline of Lupus?

I'm wondering if what I have could be lupus.... I lost 10-15 pounds a year and a half ago, followed by thinning hair that doesn't grow or grow back. I then started getting really cold and having low body temperature with some fatigue. Then several months later I started getting a pins-and-needles feeling when I was trying to sleep. But it's constant. It never stops. I also developed tachycardia next. Then the tingling/pins-and-needles turned into painful pins and needles, kind of like random electrical shocks all over my body. I have heat and cold intolerance along with a no-no neck tremor at times. I'm pale with bags under my eyes. I have major annoying acne. I have a million and one allergies and intolerances. The nerve pain got really bad for a couple of weeks but then mostly went away. I'm thinking it was a flare. All the doctors and nurses think I'm crazy which I'm learning isn't uncommon when a woman walks into the clinic. I'm trying to trigger another flare-up by eating food I'm intolerant to and allowing myself to be stressed. I know it sounds sick, but I'm trying to see if this is an autoimmune disease, which have flare-ups. It's working. The pain is coming back. It's in my hands, feet, and back mostly. I have something like Raynaud's as well. It hurts to type, but I figure it's nerve pain so it's fake anyway, right? What is this :c

Have you had any blood work done yet? Any joint pain? How often do you have the flare ups? Do they coincide with your cycle?

The thing is, my cycle is so abnormal I can’t tell. I had my last depo shot (of two) 6 months ago. I got 2 periods back-to-back earlier this month after 7 weeks without one. For blood work - sed rate was 5 in October, then 8 right now, a couple months after my really bad flare. ANA was negative. Protein, ketones, and bilirubin in urine. Pre-diabetic numbers, but I’m so skinny I don’t know how that’s possible. Doctor refused to diagnose me with prediabetes because I’m not fat.... Lymphocytes were high at 41%. Nothing significant. Anything else I could get checked? Yes, joint pain, but also nerve pain.
