Did you get on meds? That will help. Also try the following.

    - 2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar a day

    - take 3xs the daily recommend dose of vitamin C every day

    - cut out coffee or any caffeine.. Alcohol for some time if you can as well.

    - stay away from chocolates and nuts

    - take 3000mlgs of lysine daily during tingling period

    - ear pineapple daily

Are you feeling tingly every day?

I dunno.. I wish that's all I had. I got herpes last July, I take 1000mlgs of valtrex daily and still have symptoms every single day and mild obs a couple times a month.. Tingling where?

And yes.. I notice a difference in how many times a day I have symptoms... Missing my daily does of vitamin C , I see the biggest difference

Oh.. That's herpewls in the nerve alright.. I have tingling or this itchy tickle sensation like a bug walking on my skin.. That usually happens on the back of my legs and buttock.. Happens less since we increased my daily meds to 1000mlgs of valtrex a day

I think you need to ask for valtrex or ask them to up your dosage on the other meds

Are you in the uk?? Never been offered valtrex or heard of it x

No, I'm in the states and the stories on here, prove exactly why universal healthcare is a horrible idea and why people from all over the world come to the states for surgery. I couldn't imagine dealing w that terrible healthcare system you guys have outside the states.

Well it isn't free, cause you all pay astronomical taxes to pay for your healthcare. That us why the healthcare system is so poor, they give you the cheapest of meds, why herpes is more prevelantin the UK than in the states, etc. When you're older and/ or even before and have some sort if debilitating medical condition and requires a specialist, medications and surgery.. You will not be singing that tune when you're older and quality of life is horrible and on a 6 month waiting list for a surgery.. You're very young, so thinking it is "free" is a natural mentality to have. Ain't nothing free honey. Social programs arw greats for the truly needy and who can't work, but it also creates a parasistic mentality and now you have a bunch if leeches in the system. We are on our way there already from having a socialist for a president the last several yrs. Only 47% of Americans pay taxes, supporting all those leeches who keep popping out babies they can't afford

Im not young or naive, i pay tax and insurance for my healthcare,, i also work in the healthcre system and its not all bad over here.

If you pay insurance, how is it free? Then if you recognize that, jt is the wrong choice of word to use. I rather pay 130 dollars a month for my healthcare, where I have a 40 dollar copay for a visit and can see a specialist w out a recommendation. I can also get tested for herpes by request, w no symptoms unlike over there. I'm sure it has its pros, but they're not enough for me to want to adopt it. I think fke yiu guys, you're used to it, cause it is all you know. If you lived here, you'd feel differently. The only thing that does suck here, is our dental insurance. They haven't changed the prices since the 1950s in what they cover, so lots come out of pur pocket

Our healthcare is totally fifferent to yours, we pay national insurance for things, our meds are unlimited and yes free, we go to the chemist and have whatever the doctors has written up for us. If you pay in total 170 a month then that is very expensive,, our wages are low and cost of living high so for us that is a lot out of a pay packet

130 is not a lot . especially when it is unlimited and preventive health visits are free. Your guys pay is low, because of all the taxes you pay to have this "free healthcare". That is what happens when yiu have a socialist economy. You are laying for all the leeches to have housing, health insurance, food, etc. If you guys didn't have that, your pay would be much higher every month after taxes. The more social programs created, the lower your paycheck. Your government has now put the burden of healthcare costs on you, which benefits big corporations, who are manadated to pay for and offer it. I had a serious health issue, week stay in the hospital and a 5hr surgery.. The stay in the hospital, not including meds, surgery, doc fees etc, was 70k.. In total, it was like a 300k medical expense and you know how much I paid? 1300.. So 130 dollars a month ain't nothing. Previously I'd paid maybe 100, but because of obamacare, it has caused our copays to go up and health insurance costs to raise
