    Hi Chad

Have you been diagnosed with Fibro?

I have body tingling, more like random pin pricks, but never used too. I am in the processes of being diagnosed (haven’t been confirmed with Fibro yet), as I developed allodynia last July. My GP placed me on 150mg of Pregabalin (seemed ok no side effects) & referred me to Neurology.

After 6 months felt uncomfortable being on medication long term, so reduced and stopped the Pregabalin. However I have now noticed I am getting tingling and random pin pricks in arms and legs, never used to have that. I am sure someone who has been diagnosed with Fibro might be able to shine more light on it. Though your symptoms might be a form of Allodynia, which goes hand in hand with Fibro.

yes sometimes i get that tingling too. mostly in my hands and legs. it just goes away as it comes... if it is from fibro (like it is with me) my best advice for you is to just realise its not causing any harm and ignoring it as much as you can and it just goes away. don't panic. any pain involves fibro you know it doesn't do any "real" harm on your body so just relax breath and let it wash away.

Hi...I was diagnosed with fibro in 2001...if you do not have a rheumatologist you need to go see one. They are the ones that diagnose fibro. The tingling and sometimes itching and the very sore spots on your skin, like when you touch it your skin hurts. Mine usually happens on my arms and thighs. It starts out like a 3 inch area then it travels a little and spreads. Then it just disappears. This is all symptoms of fibro because it affects the nerves. Its crazy. But it does. Take care.

Hi. My gp put on my file that I have fibro 3 years ago, iv suffered really bad with it and a few months back I was in hospital with chest pains and hospital Dr said that fibro mimics a heart attack, a scan of my heart showed my heart is good, I then received a date for the specialist to confirm fibro which has put on hold untill after the lockdown, and the last month or so I started with tingling all over my body, it drove me mad, gp gave me epimax oatmeal cream and it's good stuff, really helps. Fibro is very much a hidden disability I curse it often. Stay safe all of you and take ever day at your own pace xx
