do you normally have anxiety? The tingling sensation is very common with anxiety I’ve had it on and off for over 30 years.
ive had it on my arms, legs, on top of my scalp, on my face,.
When it’s related to anxiety it’s harmless. Otherwise I wouldn’t be here. there are so many non-serious reasons for tingling. Sometimes it’s caused by a pinched nerve, such as if we sit in certain positions for prolonged periods. , wearing tight clothing or shoes, other reasons can be medication‘s,
think if you are doing anything differently or started , taking medication etc.
have you had Covid? that can sometimes produce a tingling sensation.
everybody should get a physical check up at least one time a year anyway. You could always do that and then just mention this to the doctor.you’ll be OK. Take care

i am anxious person, i always think the worst case scenario.
it started with pain and tingling in my foot (i went to neurologist...all fine, my GP sent me to foot MRI). I probably have something pinched or pressed in my foot.
but this sent my brains in overdrive...and googling doesn't help. i found MS and other illnesses that just scared me and now i am micro-observant about my body issues or new thing and it is driving me crazy.

MS doesn’t usually start out with that sensation. I thought I had MS years ago because I had the same symptom plus many others. All my testing was normal. If I could tell you one thing it would be to stop googling because you are telling your brain that something is wrong when you do that and then the symptoms will be created by the brain.
there are so many more non-serious things that can cause your sensations. It’s important to be aware that you are overthinking this. If you had something serious you would have more symptoms than what you have.
with anxiety many people think they have a neurological condition because anxiety tends to show symptoms in the nervous system. so try to calm your mind down and stay busy
