Tingling clitoris and need to pee....HELP

For the past couple of months I have had this weird tingling in my clitoral area with urgent need to pee all the time and spasms in my legs. Its worse at night. My urine has been checked by doctor and came back normal. It doesn't burn when I pee, there's no foul smelling odour, no lumps bumps or lesions.

I have had a round of antibiotics for bladder infection but nothing has worked.

Embarrassingly I sometimes have to masturbate to relieve the feeling. Has anyone else had the problem? What was it and how did you stop it?????
