Tingling feeling

I just wondering if anyone has experience this.  I get it in my arms and legs it's almost like I tingles of water.  It comes and goes.  What can help with this.

    hi i have got pin and needles down one of my legs i have had that now for a month the doctor just dont know why my leg is like this for

    yes I can relate to this I didn't know if it is anxiety but it feels strange my arms feel a bit weired and my legs from my knees upwards feel like air con is blowing on them or trickles of cold water run down then quite a strange feeling it can happen anytime but I've noticed it more on a night time is this what they mean by hot and cold flashes or could it be anxiety feeling quite bewildered.

      Hi Glitzy thanks for your reply yes that is exactly how it feels like cold water running down. Your probalby right it probably is anxiety.

    Hi Ali,I have been told this happens a few weeks months before the full on hot flushes happen... So I would say that you are on the path to experiencing them soon. Hope you have your sage droplets at the ready? Good luck x
