Hi guys!
I been experiencing tingling sensation on right feet and arm... Does MS (early symptom) only affect side of the body? How can you tell whether it is MS or ALS early symptoms? I am worried, Please help!

There isn't an exact route that MS takes, it's the extraordinary complexity of our central nervous systems, CNS (brain and spinal cord) that leads to this. The vast amount of messages passed from and through the CNS can be mixed up to an immense degree. Apparently, It is more common for MS to affect 1 side of the body more/first, it did for me. Should you happen to have MS (which is the commonest neurological condition, I believe), yours would be somewhat different to other peoples, although, statistically, you won't have it. Generally, people don't pick up on the earliest symptoms, as they're generally mild. I'm sorry, I don't know anything about ALS.

The majority of people with MS don't suffer from chronic pain. If you continue to experience weird neuro symptoms, keep an ongoing record of your experiences, including dates when they start AND stop.

Again, I can only give the perspective of a person with MS, since my MS became more pronounced, I've had lots of issues regarding urinary urgency. It's definitely a common MS symptom. Again, muscular spasticity, or twitching is/are a common problem. I definitely advise anyone having ongoing medical problems, to find something relaxing to do. Gentle exercise, meditation, breathing exercises or similar can really help to make us feel more in control. If you have someone who you trust and feel comfortable talking about your situation with, and you haven't already done so, talk to them. You can be sure that there's always someone here, who shares your problem.

Just out of curiosity, what made you start thinking you suffer from MS at the early stage? What kind of early stage symptom did you experience?

I'm not an ideal person to ask that question, the first time I started having notable neurological symptoms, was after I fell badly, on ice, I went from being in pain, after really hitting my sacrum (lower back, behind pelvis), to getting loads of nasty neurological, burning, prickling pain, along with painful muscle spasticity.
In retrospect, earlier on ( a decade or more), I had weird numb patches of skin, notably after exercise. I had a lot of urinary retention, or at other times urgency issues. One time, after a long shopping expedition, I had a few days of my feet being incredibly sore, I limped, badly. Of course, I'll never know, for sure, if these were early symptoms or not
Remember, no Dr Google... He's no good for anyone's health!
