Hi there, I get tingling fingers and feet when I have a very bad panic, I've been told that its normal to experience it.

I have tingling in my hands and feet too. I have had it since Friday. I would say I have it constantly but I think I only get it when I think about it.

Trying not to worry about having Somethinf wrong with me (health anxiety) but it's easier said than done.

I hope it's just anxiety. Apparently it's very common in anxiety but during panic attacks and I haven't been having panic attacks.

How often do you get it?

Hi, iv had it for 2-3 weeks, intermittent in the day. Usually when I lay at night it more. Worried but I think it's my anxiety. I had so many other things that always fade away after a few weeks so hoping this will. but still worrying and can't get my mind off it....

Panic, anxiety and phobic attacks cause hyperventilation that in turn causes tingling due to CO2 retention , is normal , try breathing in a bad... Use relaxations techniques too ! Goodluck...
