Tingling head , numbness , headaches

Ever since my appointment to check for vertigo almost a week ago, I got new symptoms.. my lightheadedness went away but now it’s these head symptoms where I suddenly feel like my head tingles and kind of goes numb for a few seconds like soemhing is crawling on my head . It like spreads then goes away. This has been happening for days ever since the appointment when they checked my blood. They said it was good but it was a little on the low side but they didn’t say it was bad or anything. But ever since then I’ve been thinking about my breathing and thinking I’m not getting enough oxygen which makes my breathing weird like I feel like I’m not taking in enough breaths they feel shallow . And that in return makes my head feel weird. Very few times I’ll feel it in my face but sometimes I get a bit of aching or tension around my forehead or jus these in general. I’m lnly 19 and I’m such a big hypochondriac. Anyone else ever feel this?!

Yep I feel you. Im 18 and have alot of the symptoms that you have.

I have gotten better at not over stressing about them after they pass. Thats usually the worst, when you start overthinking why you felt a certain way after it has gone.

You start getting scared that it will keep coming back at any moment, and this creates a cycle.

Just be patient with yourself, and always keep your life on track no matter what.

    Good luck!!!

I feel you, 16 here and a huge hypochondriac. I got this the first week of my anxiety. It is quite frightening and headache. At the time I didn’t know it was anxiety and thought I was having a stroke or something. Maybe try some anti depressants or CBT. Good luck!

Yes same that’s what I was afraid of but I guess I have to stop overthinking and just let it pass! I hate being a hypochondriac and having anxiety in general
