can anxiety really cause tingling on one side? last saturday and then today ive had tingling on right side of face and arm. tests have been normal but this is very unnerving. and both times it has lasted hours

yes its normal especially if tests were normal i have depression/anxiety and ptsd and yes it causes weird symptoms and thats one of them it happens to me all the time .. even sharp pains in my face and body.. its always better to be safe and see a dr but if all is normal yes it is

I get that in my face or sometimes my ear feel like there burning. Stress can cause a lot of strange symptoms that can be frightening if your not sure it's stress causing it.
