I get random tingling all over but mostly in the corner of my mouth, lower lip on the right side. Mine doesn't do it continuously, but seconds at a time. I had an MRI of my neck that didn't show anything weird. I have read that low magnesium, Vitamin D, and Vitamin B12 can all cause tingling and numbness. Have you had your labs checked? I'm out of town but when I get back home I'm going to have some blood work done to see of this could be what's causing mine. I have tried to see of I notice it worse when I'm anxious but I've found lately that I'm anxious most of the time. 😦
