Tingling in Legs and Hands

I've been having minor tingling in my hands and feet. I do notice it goes away when changing positions but not all the time. My legs go dead sometimes when I sit on the toilet. And one time I was sitting on a wierd seat and my groin got numb but it went away when I got up.

Is this a nerve or anxiety?

I got a checkup 3 months ago and they said my symptoms back then was just anxiety and The ER Doctor said I'm a healthy young guy but I feel kind of scared because I didn't have insurance so they might have not done all the proper tests (they Did EKG / MRI no blood test. The follow up Doctor did blood test but I'm not sure of what exactly. But I didn't have tingling .. Just numbness. Back then my symptoms were brain fog and numbness and delay in feeling.
