Tingling in limbs and face, Internal tremors, seizure-like episodes, brain fog. What should I do?

Bit of a long post.
So, I am a 28 year old male, 190 pounds. I have been extremely healthy most of my life up until late December of last year when I caught some viral illness that made me lightheaded and nauseous for nearly three months, and lost 30 pounds despite little exercise. During this time I took ondansetron (zofran) and meclizine (antivert) on and off. During this period my anxiety spiked massively so I went to see a psychiatrist and he prescribed me Venlafaxine (Effexor). I think I would've reacted badly to Effexor regardless, but on top of that, my psychiatrist didn't tell me not to mix it with zofran. I only took it for two days because I had a bad reaction, and that slowly diminished after a week. Went to see a doctor because lightheadedness persisted and he diagnosed me with acute sinusitis and prescribed me doxycycline. The antibiotics helped with sinus issues, but caused horrible headaches and depression. About a week after finishing the five day course of antibiotics I finally start to feel a bit better. Then my doctor prescribes flonase. The first day I take just one dose and within an hour I start to feel pins and needles in my arms and then have a migraine with aura. I have no history of migraines prior to this. I assumed by the next day (March 19) my body would adjust to the medication and side effects would diminish. I was wrong. I experienced hyperactivity, depersonalization, dizziness, blurred vision, headaches and insomnia. I woke up the next morning fatigued with terrible headaches and back pain. After the back pain subsided I felt uncoordinated and had pins and needles sensations in my arms and legs. Since then (early April) I have experienced a sensation of internal tremor (rhythmic pulsating) that comes and goes throughout the day, frequent migraines with aura, occasional balance and coordination issues, brain fog that comes and goes, and numbness of the limbs and face that comes and goes.
Since March 19 I have had three seizure-like episodes that only lasted a few seconds. In early April I had one where I felt an internal tremor and depersonalization, but no loss of consciousness. Then about a week ago I felt a jerking sensation in my leg and an impending sense of doom. Two days later, similar, but this time the jerking was in my back.
I have not taken any medications since March 19, and my doctor ran blood tests: Complete Blood Count and Automated Differential, Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, TSH, and B12 and they all came back normal.
But I am really starting to worry if I might have brain damage, or something. Are fears founded? Or will this likely go away with time? Thank you.

ive had similar symptoms still in the process of diagnosis. I still 10 months later have internal tremors. Ive had seizure tests that ive had to wear a device but nothing came back. I would suggest you start by seeing an actual Neurologist ASAP. The therapist cant help you in this situation. Not to scare you but that would be my next step

I was just referred to a neurologist, and will be getting a CT scan of my head. Hopefully they can find out what's wrong. Did your internal tremors start after using a certain medication?

BEFORE YOU GET A STROKE, ITS BETTER FOR YOU TO ACTUALLY SEE A PROPER ESPECIALIST. DONT WORRY IF BLOOD TESTS CAME FINE, BUT PLEASE DO THIS: GOOGLE UP FOR THE BEST DOCTOR IN BRAIN AREA IN YOUR AREA OR A NEAR CITY,,,CALL THEM AN MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. SOMETIMES IS GOOD TO CHANGE INTO SOMEONE WITH MORE EXPERIENCE, SOMEONE WITH A NAME FROM FORUMS OR TV,,THEY ARE USUALLY THE BEST ONES. ONCE YOU GET THE APPOINTMENT, TELL THEM YOU BEEN AROUND MANY DOCTORS BUT YOU THOUGHT OF GETTING A REAL PROFESSIONAL LIKE HIMSELF SINCE YOU FEEL HE IS THE ONLY ONE WITH ENOUGH EXPERIENCE TO FIND WHAT OTHERS DIDN'T. IT WORKED FOR ME AFTER 2 YEARS OF AGONY AND THEN I WENT FOR A GOOGLE SEARCH SINCE I WAS FED UP HAVING THE SAME TESTS OVER AND OVER AGAIN. THEY FOUND A RARE DISEASE. WHILE YOU WAIT, TRY DRINKING GINGER TEA BUT BLENDED WITH HONEY. ITS STRONGER BUT HELPS CIRCULATION.I WENT TO 22 DOCTORS IN PORTUGAL TO FIND WHAT I HAVE. TAKE CARE BUDDY
