Tingling Itching in foot toes - year-round

hello, I am facing this very unique issue for more than a year. Getting tingling itching in toes specialy in night when I lie down to sleep..applied various creams, aloe vera etc. but no relief. During day time it is kind of non-existent. I need to put a fan on foot to get some air and put ice ..it offers some help but in winter it is not practical and has become a big challenge. Consulted my primary physician, dermatologist etc but could not find a reason yet. May be someone can help here. Thanks in advance!
