Woke up from a nap today and my left cheek feels tingly/numb but it's not actually numb it's happened once before about a month ago but only lasted a couple minutes this time it's been going for an hour now anyone else ever have this problem and if so about how long does it take to go away

Any possibility you cut off blood circulation to the cheek while you were napping?

Possibly but figured it'd be gone by now been two hours

Maybe the blood vessel stuck together and blood coagulated that way? Possible blockage? Maybe Gerardo toes appointment and check it out. I dare say if it were anxiety, the opposite would be happening. At least in my experience the heart pumps blood like crazy and your veins feel like they are going to burst. Yours sound like low blood pressure, blood not getting where it's suppose to go. Try ibuprofen, or aspirin, it thins the blood and may restore circulation to that part of the body and it won't hurt you. Do you have heart problems or cholesterol problems? Think what could possibly cause the restricted blood flow.

See, I am learning something new. I usually have the opposite affect in that my blood starts boiling and feels like my veins are going to explode. Never experienced the numbing or tingling sensation. So I learned something new. By reading these posts. We are helping each other. We are not alone.
