Tingling or crawling sensation on head

Before 4 years i developed fasciculations all over body especially constant in feets with some tingling.

then came headache and than this crawling sensation on head that is lasting now for almost 4 years.

I did mri and mra of brain, mri's of all spine, autoimmune tests and westernblot test for lyme disease. all negative except some spots in white matter of brain due to migraine.they said all good.

through blood they found low vit.D only.

does anybody else have this tingling/crawling sensation constantly??

shrink said it is psychosomatic because i done like 60 exams and radiology. neurologist said it is probably benign fasciculation syndrom.emg clean.

i was on zoloft, lyrica, mirtz and eglonyl.nothing stops that, eventually some benzos helps.

some advice?tnx.
