Tingling/pain in feet

Hello!

Just wondering if anyone gets the tingling in the feet/ankles.  Or even the crawling skin feeling.  It’s so hard to believe hormones cause this.  I’ve had every test imaginable (MS etc) and all negative.

It’s driving me insane. I also notice it comes only at certain times of the mint.  Can anyone relate???

    Amy,

I don’t get tingling or itchy Crowley skin but I will get soreness in my heals. The pains I get anywhere are random, last for a few months then disappear on their own. I chalk it up to hormone fluctuations. I’m 55 so I expect that my estrogen has dropped dramatically.

    Thank you guys!

I get the soreness in my feet too but I also chalk that up to being on my feet all day.  My feet also feel itchy by the end of the day too. It’s been like this for 5 months....and it comes and goes throughout the month so that makes me think it’s also hormonal. I am 41 and have been peri menopausal for about 2 years.  My mom went through menopause at 43

Yes I can relate too this , I have tingle and numbness feeling on my right small toes , and it seems like it dose get worse during my period month. This started at age 46, I had a siacitia problem so I did do physical therapy with a chiropractor it seems like it helped little but I still have this tingle in my toes and some numbness feeling in my calf’s still and it dose feel much worse when I know my period is coming. Your not alone I’ve heard from many women this kind of thing happened too them as well.

Yes..  my feet are very achy--  I'm dog sitting so I'm walking a lot but still it shouldn't be like that because I have several good shoes that I rotate.  I'm also getting more callous's than ever before these last 6 months.   I swim and find the water is soothing to my feet and I just bought a foot soak..   It's very frustrating and I'm too young for feet problems.

My feet would be sore in the arch and on my heels first thing in the morning. Then one day it just went away.

Hi Amy, I have had occasions where I get tingly feet and restlessness in legs . I have found dangling feet off the edge of the bed,so I move down low in the bed and have my feet not touching the bed or dangle them off the side of the bed seems to relieve the sensation.

Fortunately it is not a regular occurrence! I am unable to ascertain any triggers.

Trust you find some relief ,sorry I cannot be a font of wisdom.

    Cheers Jenny
