Tingling/pain in feet

Hello!
Just wondering if anyone gets the tingling in the feet/ankles. Or even the crawling skin feeling. It’s so hard to believe hormones cause this. I’ve had every test imaginable (MS etc) and all negative.
It’s driving me insane. I also notice it comes only at certain times of the mint. Can anyone relate???

I don’t get tingling or itchy Crowley skin but I will get soreness in my heals. The pains I get anywhere are random, last for a few months then disappear on their own. I chalk it up to hormone fluctuations. I’m 55 so I expect that my estrogen has dropped dramatically.

I get the soreness in my feet too but I also chalk that up to being on my feet all day. My feet also feel itchy by the end of the day too. It’s been like this for 5 months....and it comes and goes throughout the month so that makes me think it’s also hormonal. I am 41 and have been peri menopausal for about 2 years. My mom went through menopause at 43

Yes.. my feet are very achy-- I'm dog sitting so I'm walking a lot but still it shouldn't be like that because I have several good shoes that I rotate. I'm also getting more callous's than ever before these last 6 months. I swim and find the water is soothing to my feet and I just bought a foot soak.. It's very frustrating and I'm too young for feet problems.

Fortunately it is not a regular occurrence! I am unable to ascertain any triggers.
Trust you find some relief ,sorry I cannot be a font of wisdom.
Cheers Jenny
