tingly feeling in my left arm, shoulder, back and Chest pain, what should i do?

I'm 19 years old and female. So I have been diagnosed with panic disorder, my first panic attack happened this 3rd march late at night while i was watching a tv show. I suddenly felt like I couldn't breathe, my heart was pounding in my ears and I could feel the heart racing. Cold sweating and difficultly in swallowing and I was shaking and couldn't talk properly and I felt I was gonna die and I woke up my parents and we went to ER. Before this happened the evening of the same day Ihad muscle cramp on my left side which happened from time to time, I ignored it. Also on the same day there was blood donation at my school and even last I donated my blood and I wanted to do it again but they rejected me by saying my BP is high.

After this first episode the hospital used nebulaiser for a while and I got my ECG done and everything was fine and they told me its just a panic attack. This was the first episode after that for the next one and half week I had episodes where my I would have mucle cramps and shortness of breath. My second major Panic Attack happened and last for more than fours, I was again at ER got my ECG done and blood tests done and blood sugar level done and everything came out fine just low in viatmin D which I have taken injections for. Anyways this had the same feeling but much much worse and much more difficult tocontrol and I came down to the point that I started crying and apolosing to the doctor that I know I'm wasting your time but I feel like I cant breathe and I will die lmao. After that panic attack became a common occurrence, it would happen during dinner or while talking and now it even happens when I sleep. I started seeing a psychiatrist and they prescribed me with xanax for immediate treatment and SRRIs drug for later treatment. I also started taking Viatmin B12 capsules as well and acid reflux tablets too along with. With talking about it to more people i felt more in control as in the panic attack last for a much lesser time. Although I stopped taking SRRIs (depricam?) because it increased my anxiety and I cant deal with it now as my A levels are right at the corner. During this time I got all sort of test done 4 ECGs at different hospitals, two ECHO from different hospitals both saying mild MR but everything is in good condition and blood tests done. I also got my ultrasound done abdomen which came out fine and the other one as well because my periods were disturbed. I got my chest xray done as well and all results came clear. I also saw a gastrologist who basically said acidity is common symptom of anxiety and gave me a short course for it. I now only have appointment with my neurologist left and hormones check up report to get back. But the problem is that even fter so many tests done I am just not convinced, I feel like I will have a heart attack as its common way of dying in my mothers family and I will. Also i have always slight pain my chest and numbness and tingly feeling in my left arm and leg and right leg as well and it feels blood circulation being cut off. I'm so afraid. I have back pain and neck pain and stifness as well and I'm not convinced with the results I feel like what if they missed this or that, what if there is a clotting and they missed it. Because everything is leading up to heart or circulation problems. I know I have anxiety but what if there is an actual disease because despite medication its still not going anywhere. Can someone help or suggest what should I do? I started doing mindfulness but its just a start and have a appointment with psychiatrist tomorrow.

At this point in time I would try to cut out any overly exciting/thrilling/scary tv shows as i know they exasperate anxiety even if you don't realize it. I have an overproduction of acid due to anxiety as well, instead of otc acid blockers I would give baking Soda water a shot. It's all natural yet strong enough to clean battery acid. It's the only thing that has allowed me to lay down on nights when my throats burned so bad I couldn't stand myself. Lastly, I really do reccomend surrounding yourself with positive. I'm a 17 year old girl and anxiety has taken a huge toll, but I promise it will not be foreversmile

go to YouTube and type in detachment from overthinking meditation. It's great, it will help you completely calm down and teaches you to separate the negative thinking from your other thoughts. If you have earbuds or headphones use them,  lay down and get into a comfortable position and listen to it. I do this a couple times a day. There are also other audios an anxiety, depression, getting a good sleep etc. that are very helpful also.  I hope you feel better soon
