Tingly feet after walking?

So I just started walking. Literally today is my first day. Of course I walk around but not actually "go walking".

I'm 22female. 5'4 at 174. I've been in the process of losing weight (25 poundssmile. I don't have any medical conditions except I just had my lipid panel done and my HDL was 38.... everything else looked fine.

So I went walking 20 mins today but when I got home and took my running shoes off ...

The backs of my feels (one foot more than the other ) and my toes (more so other foot) were tingly and a bit numb. More tingling than anything and very red and blue under my toenails , as if you've put pressure on top of your nail.

Kinda nervous about this. rolleyes any idea what it could be?

This can happen initially since your not used to walking.

You did not say if there was any pain in the toe or anywhere.

Try it for a week or two and see how you feel.

My feet are always tingling etc but I've always put it down to my weight,

Diabetic Neuropathy and I can't walk far.

I don't really know about what's going on with the blue toes, are your

shoes and good fit for your feet?

I was wondering if you walked a little too far and too long especially

    since it's your 1st time?

Other than that I'm sorry I can't be of any kind of help! Good luck finding

    the answer! Susan
