Hello everyone,
Has anyone experienced tingly legs? I have been getting this on and off for a month or so. Can last for an hour or on and off intensity all day, some days nothing. Sometimes my arms even tingle. Its not pins and needles, more like when you have really cold hands and you come inside, that tingly feeling as they warm up. I wonder somedays if I am making this stuff up!

Yes, I have this. I get tingly and almost have the feeling of electricity zapping me. I can also feel numb to the point where it's hard to feel my body. I often have icy cold hands and feet, too. This has been going on and on for ages. It really sucks!

Thank you for replying! Yes it can definitely suck! All these things that go on with our bodies. I would love to respond about my experiences to more women on here but as I haven't been officially diagnosed as in perimenopause it is hard to know what is actually going on! So wonderful to read that I am not alone though. And my hands and feet are ice cold too! I also get cold flashes instead of hot ones. Hope you are having a good day!
