can tinnitus present itself in a way that makes you feel whoozy and lightheaded?

I only have to turn my head and its this whoozy feeling like going down a rollercoater from a height. It is almost contstant now, ive had it for 72 hours non stop.

my head feels heavy my eyes arnt focusing quick enough. When i turn my head quickly it takes a second for my eyesight to catch up.

I recently stopped prozac i did do it gradually but not that gradual. I have also been complaining for months of this noise in my ear/neck/head im not sure which , it sounds like ice cracking, i get it on and off,

Is there another forum i should be visiting?

The other feelings you have, apart from tinnitus, probably means that the tinnitus is due to an inner ear problem.  You need to see ENT, preferably one with a special interest in neurotology.

The anxiety may make you more perceptive of the tinnitus. I continue that you should see ENT.

You probably have BPPV and Tinnitus.  For BPPV try epley manouver (see youtube).   For tinnitus it is important to remember when it started and what your were doing anything unusual of your routine that year when tinnitus started.   It is to help you track the source of your symptoms.
