One thing i have learned on this site is that every symptom will come and go. they are so random that all you can do is wait them out. I am speaking from experience, I have been to hell and l am on my way back, I am still having new symptoms appear yesterday I had an extremely sore shoulder blade and nausea and anxiety, today I have a very sore knee and itchy extremities.

I have much the same nausea, anxiety that seems to come from no where lasts a couple of hours then goes and maybe will come back later in the day. I've a sore knee, strange sensations over my body, tingling legs, tight hands for months i wish it would go away.

I have had ringing, very loud ringing to the point I pretty much cant hear anything out of my left ear but the ringing for about 6 years now... if you find a cure please share it.. I've tried everything including going to an ENT and having an MRI. Doc says nothing wrong and no cure bc they don't know what causes it. If its any comfort, you get used to it. If its bothersome when you're trying to sleep, use white noise, like a fan, it helps alot.
Good Luck!!

During the day it's not to bad because there are other noises to distract me but it's trying to get to sleep and when you suffer dreadful insomnia it's awful. What we have to put up with. Will have to try the white noise.

Yes, I've had it for about 5 months in both ears, so annoying , I just try my best to ignore it and get on with my life. I've heard that If there are no other underlying causes, that it's quite common in pregnancy peri/menopause, when the hormones are all over the place and when the hormones rebalance, it should resolve 🤞

I wrote a somewhat related post awhile back; perhaps you might find it helpful: https://patient.info/forums/discuss/thoughts-on-what-we-re-going-through-and-how-we-can-try-to-avoid-exacerbating-them-749174
Playing white noise or rain sounds helps a lot -- you can play them on loop throughout the night while you sleep. Lower your salt and caffeine intake. And then try practicing acceptance -- stress can make it worse. Hang in there X!
