Tinnitus at 13?

I am 13 and my headaches have gotten better. But all the sudden I now hear a clicking in my ear when I walk sometimes. It started two days ago when I started crying In the bathroom at school cause I learned I would be leaving my friends to go to a new school. When I go up or down the stairs most of the time I hear a clicking now (I don’t know if it’s in my ear or brain) could my headaches have been because of this? am I loosing my hearing or is this all anxiety? Thank you

    I am not sure that what you have is tinnitus but I will suggest that you go and see a GP with your parents or guardian, so that a proper diagnosis can be made. It may well be down to anxiety. I wish you the best
