Hi Marlene.Sorry to hear that you have these problems.I had similar symptoms and discovered the answer for me...if I turn upside down tinnitus disappears. I will explain cause I know it sounds funny. I have or had tinnitus and one day my ear felt so bad I felt the urge to turn up side down ...sort like a hand stand. Althought I was not able to turn up side down like that...I discovered that while on the sofa I could lean over bringing my head down to the floor and allowing my ears to get sort of pushed downward for a few minutes....when I came back....in a few minutes tinnitus was gone....although it slowly comes back...when I do it again it is gone again. See If you can try it and see if it works for you too.
