Tinnitus! Help

Anyome experienced tinnitus coming off this? driving me crazy. been off mirt now 6 weeks and its still with me. it started about day 6 or 7 coming off it. Hope it improves over time. Need some encouragement

    if thats all you are dealing with at 6 weeks off you should be happy. ive been off now a little over one month and have many horrible things going on, insomnia, nausea, lack of appetite, tinntitus, headache, had a brief deep depression episode this morning and a full blown panic attack this afternoon. ive never been a depressed or anxious person before being put on mirtazapine for insomnia.

      im sorry you are going through that. i was reading somewhere it can take 3 months for things to settle down and stabilse. my sleep is rubbish now too. im fine getting to sleep but im waking up for 2-3 hours struggling to get back to sleep.

      i am going to start some acupunture apparently that can help alot with these symptoms, maybe worth a try..

      i have had tinnitus for several years now, from after chemotherapy where some drugs in the cocktail they used were ototoxic, it cycles in louder sometimes with withdrawal
