Tinnitus in ma left ear

Hi everyone,

its been almost 10 days since i started having this ringing in my left ear (now its a bit more quiet). I saw two ear specialists, both of them did the hearing test and some other tests and everything was perfectly normal. So one of the doctors told me to do an MRI to test for acoustic neuroma.. I've done one MRI last year and i am not sure if i have to do it again. The first ear sp.told me u dont have to, cuz the other tests are normal.

whats your opinion, could this be any tumor or something else. I am freaking my mind out. Please help

It could be viral. Mine started when I had a viral infection in my innner ear (along with a lot of other problems too!)

I had a sore throat and mild cold symptomps when the ringing started, I dont have any cold anymore but the ringing is still there, no hearing loss no dizziness! If it is an acoustic neuroma maybe it would have showed on my MRI 13 months ago... I dont know, i am really scared.. I try not to read Dr Google!
