Tiny bubbles

so im wondering if anyone else has experienced this? in the last year or so i see, whether eyes closed or open, what appears to be tiny bubble like shapes that seem to rotate clockwise going from a 6-8 position up to around 12 0clock. its pretty consistent in that it happens all the time. i notice it is might be more noticable when i work out (push ups) etc. i have floaters, start of cataracts, presbyopia, the usual middle age suspects. neither opthamologists i saw had a clue. i was also told to be on the lookout for glaucoma as i have a larger optic disc. just curious if others have a clue of what i am describing .
