Tiny bump behind ear with slightly raised lymph node

In July 2021, I noticed a swollen lymph node behind my ear. I freaked out because I was not sick nor had an ear infection. After constantly feeling the area the lymph node went down but not completely, I felt a tiny bump right behind my ear lobe. You cannot see it, nor is it raised. I can only feel it if I'm rubbing the area. It's tiny and my lymph node is barely visible but it's not as smooth as the other ear side.

I have googled and researched which has triggered a HUGE amount of anxiety. What could this tiny bump be?
