Tiny bumps herpes?!?

Ive been experiencing vaginal burning ever since i had sex with this uncircumcised guy one night worst decision of my life!. he said he was clean and ive tested negative for chlamydia gonnorhea trich syphilis hiv , waiting to hear back from hsv1-2 and hpv . i have to wait 2 weeks to see a gyno. are these tiny red bumps herpes??? Also clit feels super sensitive and painful to touch. Ive taken antibiotics and currently inserting metronidazole gel inside my vagina for suspected bv. Im on my second day of the gel and it doesnt seem to make a difference. I just want to know how to make the burning stop at this point. Any insight would be greatly appreciated! image
