Tiny bumps on lips (please help)

it all started with really dry lips about two weeks ago. my lip looked more textured when i woke up, then drank a lemonade which made my lip more irritated, i then stupidity put vinegar on my lips bc i have this obsession in my mind i have lip hpv. and the bumps turned white. (which now have me thinking its warts) they are tiny bumps, you can't really see them if at all, i dont think its ruff or hard. (but dont know bc i dont lick them just in case they are contagious) they have come, gone away, and shown up in different areas on my lip. i constantly put vinegar on my lips which has caused my lips to swell, and even i think made me have a chemical burn. but, i cant get this lip hpv out of my mind. i think its that. someone please help me figure this out. i will TRY to put a photo as its hard to get a good one. will put in comments

it also now has seem to have spread more.. these areas dont really have it anymore, but other parts of my lip now.

do you put any sort of makeup on your lips...lipstick/lipgloss/ face cream/face wash? Have you started using something new on your lips? Kissing someone new? This sounds like an allergic reaction. Stop using vinegar...it will make your lips very sore.

i used a lip balm.. but that was just regular chap stick. i had got bc i was having extremely dry peeling lips. yes, the vinegar has made my lips sore, also caused inflammation and swelling. i just can't stop using it, bc i have it in my mind that they may be warts or something. no, i haven't kissed anyone new. ive been with the same person for 4 years. after putting the vinegar on my lips it turns the bumps white, and ill keep applying the vinegar over and over again, causing my lip to become kinda inflamed then ill walk around with tape on my lips ALL day and night. then the next day or so, it will look like a scab like it will be tiny dots i scrapped my skin but only where the tiny bumps were. they keep coming back in different areas. idk whats going on. but my anxiety has made me believe it's warts bc i read on this site that vinegar turns warts white.
