i have tiny bumps that started on my butt then spread to my thighs they"re firm and ive had them for a month and half can someone please help

molluscum contagiosum i would do some research it goes away by itself usually but within 12/18 months it can be sooner than that or sometimes longer in some cases doctors can offer treatments but they are quite harsh its contagious aswel so spread by skin to skim contact clothes should be washed after wearing and dont share towels with anyone

dont squeeze them either as that can make them spread
