Tiny hard lump on my vulva

Hi everyone, 

A few months ago whilst I was shaving, I found a small very hard lump under my skin buried deep in my Labia Majora. I wasn’t too worried thinking it was just a little cyst but it has not gone away. It’s only small - like the size of the head of one of those sewing pins with the balls on top, and it isn’t painful. Any idea what this may be?

      I first noticed it earlier this year.. maybe 3 months ago.

      Hum, that does sound like a long time for a cyst - those normally start to go down after a few days. I’d see a dr.
