tiny painless raised bump on head

Hi, I've had this for a few months and never thought anything of it, its a small slightly raised skin coloured bump/spot thing, causes no pain or irritation, doesn't look like any warts I've seen online. Went to the clinic and the nurse said she didn't think it was anything then got a second opinion from another nurse who thought it was a small wart as they tend to have a rougher texture; however she was wearing very loose gloves with textured/grippy fingertips so I don't know if I fully trust her judgement. They went ahead and froze it so I'll see what happens but I'm still wondering what it is and if I should be worried? pic was before going to the clinic

Also just received a text from nhs saying my recent test results (urine and blood) are all fine (negative)

The nurse also gave me some warticon to start using next week however I'm unsure whether or not I should or not?

If it's a blister surely it would have gone by now?

it depends because you use your penis all the time so takes a bit longer to repair. I wouldnt of said it looks anything serious, maby leave it a coupke of weeks and see a gp

I got tested (urine and blood) at the beginning of the week and came back all negative, I've had it for months (maybe 6).

I asked my GP about it and they suggested going to the clinic first so that's what I did.

It doesn't look like an warts I've seen before, also there's just one and it's small, and the first nurse I saw didn't think it was anything. Yet they still froze it and told me to use warticon next week.
