i have developed tiny pink spots in my penis shaft and spots of various sizes on my inner thigh. this happened when i returned from holiday in Dubai . The spots aren't itchy or sore and even though i cant see any pus in them they do seem to scab after a day or two.

Because these are on your thighs as well these are most likely to be the result of bed lice. They are quite common in hotels and other locations where there there is a high turnover of different people staying in them. Here is some typical advice :-

" Bedbugs are more annoying than they are dangerous or deadly. The symptoms of a bite typically disappear in one to two weeks. Use an anti-itch cream to keep yourself from itching the bite.

Take an antihistamine to help reduce the itching and burning. Ice packs can help numb the skin and reduce your urge to scratch. Use an antiseptic cream or lotion if you get an infection. "

However, if this does not seem to be what you have, seek advice from a Pharmacist, or if you can access a Medical Professional easily, such as at a Walk-in Centre - or a Practice Nurse or Family Doctor - go get it checked out .....
