Tiny scabs at base of penis. Need help!

Hi all just need some quick help since I've been freaking out. I hooked up with someone and noticed this 2 days later. I was wearing a condom when we had sex but I think it could also be friction burn from my zipper when she was giving me a hand job? I have a STD check scheduled but I wanna get yalls opinion since I haven't seen anything like these marks from my research, trust me I've been panicking so I've been looking for any condition that looks like it so that's why I'm here.image

    Seems theyve healed? now just some discoloration around where they were but no pain,itchiness or open sores.

    follow up, tested negative for herpes so thats good
