Tiny single growth on shaft.

i had a one night stand with a woman 3 weeks ago and we used a condom. when we finished I wiped my privates with toilet paper and I noticed the toilet paper was yellowish but had no odor. I got very paranoid and anxious so I've been keeping an eye on my genitals for signs of stds. I took 2 std tests in three weeks and everything has come out negative. during the second week I noticed a very tiny growth in the middle of my shaft. I went to two different doctors and they both said it didn't look like HPV, herpes or other stds.

it's small, smooth, doesn't hurt or causes discomfort but i scratched it and went to the second doctor last night and now the tiny growth turned into what you see on the pictures. two small cuts? growths? before it was just one individual growth that was the same color as my skin and now it's this. I don't know if it's because i scratched it and picked at it last night before going to the doctor or after applying the bacitracin he prescribed me. he said it was a hair follicle or other skin condition.

i have anxiety, dry masturbate daily and sweat a lot at work. could this be related to this? did they misdiagnosed me? do I have HPV or herpes?
