Tiny white bumps on vulva and long fleshy thing, help.

What are they are they from an infection? I have never had sex before so it can’t be a STD, please help.

    Even though you have not had sexual contact , your local GUM (genito-urinary medicine) clinic will be able to help you. most towns have a clinic that you do not need to pre book. It is understandable not o want to post pictures of your genitals on a web forum. 

    They can examine you and advise you on treatment. It sounds like it may be folliculitis if you shave down there, but go and get it checked out.
