Tiny white dots in penis behind shaft

hi, I mastrubated last Thursday and felt my penis burning with slight pain the next day. I was shocked to find few dots in my penis near frenulum. it was burning with occasional pain for the next couple of days and today there was no pain or burning sensation. I'm really worried. please advice. please let me know what this could be please.

    This could be that you irritated pre-existing fordyce spots, but because you mentioned a burning sensation and because of the clusters of the small bumps, I would say this is likely genital herpes. You may be experiencing an outbreak. Genital herpes is very common and not everyone has symptoms, most people never have any. About 1 in 4 adults has genital herpes. A physician can prescribe ant-viral medications to help shorten the time it takes to heal from these flare ups, but it will naturally heal once the virus has shed. Please see your physician to get a full STI panel to verify and to be certain nothing else has been obtained.

      hi, thanks for the reply.

      there was burning sensation only for first 3 days (ie. next 3 days after mastrubation when I found these dots). now there's no burning sensation

      today morning there was no bumps on the left side when I woke up and eventually came back in sometime.

      clicked a more close up pic and it looks like in the attached picture. any help?
