tip of penis is swollen/skin lesion? std?

had oral sex about a week and a half ago not sure of their sexual health but they looked like they take care of themselves so I wasn't hesitant. while receiving oral they did accidentally rub their teeth against the tip of my penis which was painful and now its been swollen/irritated since then; there's also a crack/opening/lesion of some sort. I'm not sure if I'm overthinking it and its just a little lesion and let it heal or wait to see if any symptoms of any sort start to appear... it's not itchy and doesn't hurt when i pee or masterbate, etc. only if I start messing with the scab area, but obviously right. just trying to get some insight..
