Whenever I pee there is 2 pee streams and I went to the doctors and he said I had a tight foreskin but after looking at it, it looks like some kind of split down the middle or second hole or something?image

it seems your urethra has fused togeather this causing it to look like two holes u need to go back to the doctors

the splits supposed to be there but its not supposed to joined down the middle
