Tip of the penis changes but no positive result in test

Hi,

So I recently noticed changes in color and shape in the tip of my penis. It got darker, in the glan appears to be something like a wart (but the GP said it wasn't) and sometimes I feel an uncomfortable feeling in the head itself which I thought it could be for the pressure of the underwear or the position of the penis. I had already 2 STD test and both were negative, however I haven't been able to visit an urology due to the current situation who I am sure will have a better knowledge about this. Is there something I should worried? Cause I have a month or so really concern!!imageimageimage
