Tipping point

Hi,

I am a 37 m from UK. Broke up with with my partner one year ago as i was stupidly unfaithful.

nownshe has moved home and i cannot let go of her

I have tried everything, meds, sport, cbt, hypnotherapy, talking and its not working

i have severe depression and hate my job also

then switch is going to flick imminently and i dont know what else incando

any ideas?

    don’t give up on yourself. You have a whole life ahead of you. And don’t give up on getting some help for your depression. This is the time to work on you.

    Being in a relationship now would not work out because you are not whole. Once you start to feel better then you can think about being in a relationship.

    you may or may not see your girlfriend again but if she doesn’t want to then you must move on and respect that.. I know it’s difficult, but you will heal in time.

    One day you will have a job that fits you and in a solid relationship.The important thing is not what happens in our life, it’s how we respond to it. Life is full of change but we can get through it with the right attitude. You may have to find the right counselor or the right medication for the depression but keep pressing forward. Hope you feel better soon
