Tips for dealing with HS

Hi everyone.

These are my tips for HS. I have it in my groin area and my bottoms.

Anti acne facial wash. This helps me, but it gives me breakouts in other spots, like my face, belly, thighs, but very small breakouts. It makes the boils smaller.

I use it in the shower. Best is every day.

iodine soap, liquid and salve/cream. I clean the boils with the liquid, it's for disinfecting wounds. And I use the thicker version the salve/cream and put it on there during the day or night with a gauze or a bandage.

I also used the soap in in the shower.

L-Carnitine supplements, if I take them on a daily basis I get smaller, like mini boils on my bottoms, it's all red dots really. And after months it sometimes disappears totally.

I've forgot to take these for a month now and omg, I hate the boils!!!

I take this for my fast thyroid, graves disease, I'm in remission since end 2017. I notice it has a positive effect on my joint soreness in my hips.

Zinc salve/cream which is used for baby diaper rash helps me too.

And I take zinc supplements too, that helps me to not get sick, but might also help with the HS, I'm not sure.

I do use backing soda to exfoliate the area, don't know of it works or not, but it's only possible when there's no hurtful boils.

Oh and for me it's the chocolate, dark chocolate is fine, like 80%

The other stuff is boils boils boils.

I think my favourites are the L-Carnitine and the iodine.

Let me know what you use and what works for u guys.

Love from Spain!
