Tips on exercising with vestibular disorder?

just wondering if anyone has any tips on exercising while having some sort of vestibular/inner ear disorder. ive always had chronic dizziness and been told a number of different reasons but basically i have weak inner ears and am prone to being dizzy, espec if i over work myself or exercise. i have recently started going for walks, nothing excessive just about half an hour to an hour a day to try and get a bit fitter, but ive noticed after my whole head feels so fuzzy and im off balance the entire day. has anyone experienced this/has it gotten better the more you do it? im hoping if i keep doing it ill get used to it, my poor ears even get full and start ringing bless them hehe

do you have facial tension or ear fullness? Thats how my supposed "ear infection" (thats what my doctors have said) began.

There are times where I feel so lightheaded and a heavy heavy head.

On top of that, I developed cold hands and feet. almost like a burning sensation that comes and goes. Really odd

I was healthy leading up to the new year then all of a sudden got flu-like symptoms and thats when my troubles began.

    Anxiety?

I try to fight the urges but its crazy

going for walks is really good and you will get used to it. just make sure you have something to protect your ears from the wind or cold .
