Tired and sleepy despite having a heart pacer

I have AF and recently installed a heart pacer. However I still feel very tired and busy most of the day. Why?

    Hi,

    I don't have a pacemaker but I have a friend who does, initially she was still tired but once it all settled down she has never looked back and it has completely changed her life for the better.
