i’m so sorry you are going through this Tiffany. It sounds like you are very depressed and unhappy.
I know exactly what you are going through because I’ve had depression and still working on it and I also have had the very weak feeling where everything is exhausting.
depression takes a huge toll on the physical body. It drains the energy. I was fighting depression and anxiety together which was extremely exhausting. There were times where I didn’t even have enough energy to get up off the couch. sounds like you are going through the same thing. What I would suggest for you would be to first of all get a complete physical exam. Everybody should do that at least once a year anyway. Have some blood work done again. Chances are all of this is due to depression. I also make sure I am eating healthy, staying hydrated, staying at least a little bit social because that is important to connect with other people. Do things that make you smile.
I really feel like you’re going to be OK . I had to fight my way to feeling a little better. What I would do was every morning I would do something instead of sit around and feel poorly. I would for example go for a walk. I joined a walking group. Exercise actually helps to lift depression. I started getting back some of my strength.
Did your therapist recommend anything? I also make sure I am eating healthy, staying hydrated, staying at least a little bit social because that is important to connect with other people. Do things that make you smile. mental attitude is extremely important. I do hope you start to feel a little bit better day by day.
