Tired no matter what i do

For the past couple years I have had a serious problem with falling asleep and staying awake at night . I'm a teenager and this has really taken over my life . I am known as the always tired one - even though I get plenty of sleep .i feel like I'm drifting away from reality all the time and feel like I might pass out or fall at any moment . I have a hard time keeping my eyes open and sometimes they twitch because I'm forcing them to stay open . I feel like this all the time but I feel it the most when I'm in public places . The only thing that helps me sometime is way too much caffeine- to the point where I'm shaking . This is honestly the one thing I wish I could change and I'm so tired (literally ) of living like this . Id anyone has any idea what this could be or any suggestions they would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much !

Apu when you have not slept in 3 days because of Meaniers nausea, dizziness you will try anything.  Calm is a very good way to help relax you.  It has magnesium and melatonin.  I thank God I had something to help.  I never have had to take anything until now and I am 63 years old so I was thankful for something.
