Tired of everything

I've been fighting this terrible broken heart of mine for 7 mos. Every single day i need to fight with my own thoughts, i'm feeling so tired of it. I loss my job, problem with my visa and still fighting with my broken heart, i'm so lost now like i want to end this life as much as i wanted too. i don't wanna wakeup tomorrow, all i wanted is to be at peace, no more thoughts and no more what if's!

    are you able to get any counseling? They can provide you with resources and also show you how to deal with your thoughts. Keep in mind that your thoughts are not a true part of you. Thoughts are mostly illusion especially the what if thinking. I had this problem with my thoughts for over 30 years and I finally learned how not to let them control me.

    i Learned that the what if thinking is a complete waste of time because I was trying to forecast the future which nobody can do. The past does not exist anymore. The future does not exist yet.

    The only thing we have is the present moment. Right now. Right here.

    so when we get stuck in our thoughts about the past or about what’s going to happen in the future, we make ourselves miserable. The past and the future do not exist. They only exist in our mind.

    so, what we have to do is be present in this moment and work on finding joy in our life no matter what the circumstance is. Of course we can make plans etc. but we should never dwell in the past or future. Because they are not here.

    getting some counseling can help you deal with your broken heart., It can also provide you with some resources to find you another job. It can also provide you with emotional support.

    No matter what our circumstances are, we need to find some joy every single day. We need to be grateful for the things that we do have in life. I go for daily walks and find joy in that and in looking at nature, flowers, etc.

    hopefully you have some family or friends you can talk to. I do hope you are able to get some counseling.

    Remember that this is just a short clip of your life. Everything changes in life. You won’t be stuck feeling this way forever and time does heal. Life has its ups and downs and we need to learn how to roll with it. You can do it!

    YOU don’t have to fight your thoughts. you are in control not the thoughts. Keep busy and stay active. If you can get on YouTube, there are a lot of talks on how to avoid negative thinking and how to stay positive and focus on what you need to do for yourself. Take care! ❤

      Thank you for the wonderful message, i really appreciate it. i haven't been in any counselling yet, as i'm trying to heal myself on my own until this day that i felt to tired. Starting tomorrow i will try to be active, go for a daily exercise or walk enjoy the nature just like what you've said. ☺

    I agree that at some point of life we decide to end and run away from everything but trust me buddy, this is not the only solution, ending the life will only add grief to your loved ones. There is so much better in life to do, we cannot redo the past but we can always make our present better. Go out, meet new people, and do what makes you happy, this will surely make you feel better.
